Job Responsibilities:

  • Display a positive attitude and provide courteous, friendly service to all internal team members and external clients by responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests, and complaints.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of Lanter Delivery Systems Non-Negotiables and apply the concepts daily.
  • Support the design, implementation, and operational management of Azure Site Recovery.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure proper application, server, and database deployment and scaling in Azure.
  • Be a key contributor to the design, deployment, and management of Azure infrastructure components, including virtual machines, virtual networks, storage accounts, and security groups.
  • Configure, monitor, and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) and federation setups with external organizations and applications.
  • Ensure the consistent and efficient operation of server resources, databases, virtualization, storage networks, and connectivity to the Internet and intranet.
  • Provides business and after-hours support for significant system issues.
  • Support security operations function by applying analytical and technical skills to investigate, defend against, and remediate cyber threats and incursions.
  • Ensure server operating systems and enterprise applications are upgraded and patched in a timely manner consistent with organizational policy.
  • Mentoring and training other team members and colleagues from other roles.
  • Collaborate with department leadership to identify opportunities and transition high-level operational management and support duties to the NOC.
  • Assisting in the management of our network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, and switches.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven success with Windows server operating environments, scripting (PowerShell, Python, VBScript), system & cloud administration (AWS, Azure), and advanced active directory/LDAP user and group administration.
  • Proven success managing infrastructure in excess of 50 servers.
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of VMWare/ESX servers, and Windows/Unix servers.
  • Apache or Microsoft IIS administration and configuration, API gateways, exchange server support and migration to O365, Office 365 Teams & Groups deployment and integration, architecting a successful SharePoint environment in O365, SDWAN technology, LAN routing and switching configuration and troubleshooting (VLANs, IP Subnetting, wireless networks, trunks).
  • In-depth knowledge of Authorization & Authentication in Microsoft hybrid environment and experience with Azure AD including Single Sign On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
  • Knowledge of Azure resources and management: subscriptions, resource groups, VMs, storage accounts, load balancers, app gateway, vNets, subnets, private endpoints, DNS, recovery services vaults.
  • Implementation and management of enterprise storage and backup solutions.
